Constantly raining so we decided to cycle to the local fromagerie – Cayer / Saputo.  Bought some goat cheese, blueberry cheese, rabbit pate and a fresh stick of baguette.  That made a delicious lunch in the room today.

Restaurant, owner, server, room.

Well plated breakfast of waffles and fruits.

Cycled for 10 kilometres on the rail trail – bridge, river, woods, and farmland.  Cows got all excited seeing me.

Rain started up after I left Jean shopping at the local bike stores.

Cycled towards lac Sept Isles to a goat fromagerie.

Signed said open 1 to 3:30 pm Thursday to Sunday.  It was 1:04 and the place was closed.  Cycled back with a wind.

Cycled up a steep grade and found a ski hill on the road.

So that will help keep the place busy in the winter.

Lazy afternoon in the hotel room.

After the delicious meal yesterday, tonight will be a light meal front the local grocery store.  Fesh strawberries from Quebec, tasted like those grwn naturally, earthy.

A town of a few thousand people (2000?) having as many bike lanes as the City of Vancouver – each side of road, two-way bike lanes on road without separation, bike lanes to school, path, park.
